SARL Camping Les Étangs de Plessac (hereinafter "we") places great importance on protecting the personal data of its guests and visitors. We are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French "Informatique et Libertés" law.

Booking data is kept 5 years after the end of the stay (accounting obligations). Contact data is kept 3 years from the last active contact. Browsing data is kept for 13 months maximum.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction, portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us by email at campingdeplessac@addguests.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Our site only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its proper operation (language preference, consent).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or destruction. The site is hosted on secure infrastructure (HTTPS, encrypted backups).
